Privacy Policy
Last updated: August 3, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how AlphaDI Labs, Inc.(“AlphaDI Labs,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, discloses, and protects information in connection with our websites, applications, and access-infrastructure services (collectively, the “Services”). It applies to visitors of alphadilabs.ai and to personnel of the organizations that use our Services.
1. Information we collect
Information you provide. Account and contact details (name, work email, company, role), the contents of messages you send us, and information you submit when requesting access, joining a waitlist, or corresponding with support or sales.
Information collected automatically. When you use our website or dashboard, we collect standard log and device data such as IP address, browser type, pages viewed, referring URLs, timestamps, and similar diagnostic information, including through cookies and similar technologies.
Operational metadata from the Services. To operate and secure the gateway we process metadata about agent activity, such as which tools or actions were invoked, policy decisions, approval events, and audit records. This metadata belongs to and is controlled by our customer.
Customer-routed data.Requests and responses that pass through our gateway on a customer’s behalf. We process this only to deliver the Services, under the customer’s instructions.
2. How we use information
- Provide, operate, maintain, and secure the Services.
- Authenticate users, enforce policy, and generate audit and approval records.
- Respond to inquiries and provide customer support.
- Communicate about accounts, updates, security notices, and (where permitted) relevant products.
- Monitor, analyze, and improve reliability, performance, and safety.
- Detect, prevent, and address fraud, abuse, and security incidents.
- Comply with legal obligations and enforce our agreements.
We do not sell personal information, and we do not use customer-routed data to train machine-learning models.
3. Legal bases
Where the GDPR or similar laws apply, we rely on: performance of a contract (to provide the Services); legitimate interests (to secure, operate, and improve the Services and communicate with business contacts); consent (where required, e.g., certain cookies or marketing); and compliance with legal obligations.
4. How we share information
- Service providers / subprocessors. Vendors that host our infrastructure and help us operate the Services (for example, cloud hosting, telemetry, email, and analytics), bound by contractual confidentiality and data-protection obligations.
- Legal and safety. When required by law, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of AlphaDI Labs, our customers, or others.
- Business transfers. In connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets, subject to this Policy.
- With your direction. When you or your organization instruct us to.
A current list of subprocessors is available on request at support@alphadilabs.ai.
5. Data retention
We retain information for as long as needed to provide the Services, comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. Customer-controlled data, including audit records, is retained and deleted according to the customer’s configuration and agreement. When no longer needed, information is deleted or de-identified.
6. Security
We use administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect information, including encryption in transit, scoped and least-privilege access, and audit logging. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
7. International transfers
We are based in the United States and may process information there and in other countries. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards (such as Standard Contractual Clauses) for cross-border transfers.
8. Your rights
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or port your personal information, to object to or restrict certain processing, and to withdraw consent. California residents have rights under the CCPA/CPRA, including the right to know, delete, correct, and to opt out of “sale” or “sharing” (we do neither). To exercise a right, contact us at support@alphadilabs.ai. If your data was provided to us by an organization using our Services, we will refer your request to that organization as the controller.
9. Customer data (our role as processor)
When we process data on behalf of a customer, we do so only to provide the Services and per the customer’s documented instructions and agreement (including any Data Processing Addendum). The customer is responsible for the lawfulness of that data and for responding to their end users’ privacy requests; we assist as required by our agreement.
10. Cookies
We use strictly necessary cookies to operate the site and, where permitted, analytics cookies to understand usage. You can control cookies through your browser settings; disabling some cookies may affect functionality.
11. Children’s privacy
The Services are intended for businesses and are not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
12. Changes to this Policy
We may update this Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the “Last updated” date above and, where appropriate, by additional notice.
